St Theodores is a member of Churches Together around Hampton (CTAH) which includes eight Christian churches in Hampton, Hanworth and Hampton Hill, - two Roman Catholic, three Anglican, one Baptist, one Methodist and one URC.

The clergy meet together about four times a year. Forum meetings, with lay representatives from each church, are held two to three times a year, and there is an AGM each October. There is a rolling programme of activities that attract varying levels of response and involvement. There are several Services of shared worship throughout the year.

CTAH is part of the country-wide Churches Together in England (CTIE) initiative for ecumenical activity at the local level.
